The service is very pleasant and drink options are plentiful. They also offer hard (scoop) ice cream and waffle cones if you find yourself craving something sweet and cold. The inside is well lit with a wall of windows and the patio offers covered seating with either roof cover or umbrellas.

Not sure why everyone says the service is bad. Baristas were so nice! I got a vanilla caramel cold brew, and it was a great mix of tasting like coffee and not being too sweet.

Super convenient that this is right next door to the Homewood suites. Everyone knows hotel coffee is the worst, so it was greatly appreciated to be able to pop over here in the mornings. Coffee was great, they had a lot of different flavor selections. Prices were a bit high, for a small latte it was 7 each morning. And they didn't have any breakfast foods besides croissants and pastries, so no sandwiches or egg bites or anything. But it's nice and quiet, there was a few people running business meetings on their laptops in the mornings. Definitely appreciated not having music blaring like most coffee shops seem to like to do nowadays.

the drinks here are really good and I love coming here to study and drink coffee. my only suggestion is to have an extra person working on Sunday afternoons. Andra and Abi are working really hard to keep up, but the ice cream line and coffee line is almost out the door. they need an extra person to help!

I decided to try Foxtail today and brought my computer to work on. It’s a beautiful and serene atmosphere with plenty of seating. They do have many outlets for your devices as well. My first coffee was burnt so I asked them if they could check their machine and they confirmed that the settings had gotten slightly off since the morning. They kindly and promptly remade it and it was very good after that. Oh and they’re open until 10pm everyday, amazing! Service was great, atmosphere lovely and coffee was very good! I would recommend it.

The baristas at Foxtail always go above and beyond to greet you and make sure your order is exactly how you want it! There's something for everyone here, and it is a great place for anyone looking to grab a coffee and go, meet up with a friend, or sit for a few hours to work.

We come to Sarasota every year and we discovered this coffee shop conveniently located in front of Homewood Suites Lakewood Ranch and right across the UTC mall called Foxtail. The baristas Abi and Johann are not only wonderful and very friendly coffee makers but Abi also has a talent for art. Ask her to make a drawing on your favorite coffee, it will be memorable and also put a smile on your face. Great people, clean environment, modern setting with a barista like a Picasso that will make your day a happy one. What else do you want. The Erols

Loved the Cubano cold Brew with vanilla and oat milk! Great outdoor seating options! No outlets outside so charge up your gear before coming. Indoor seating and outlets available as well. Plays pop hits so if you're there to study/distracted easily may want to bring some headphones. Thanks for a great visit!
